This Memorandum of Understanding entered into with ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION, Hyderabad, Telangana with for training SC/ST category students under Ambedkar Overseas Vidhya Nidhi Scheme, which is otherwise called AOVN under the supervision and close monitoring of SC/ST Welfare Department Telangana State Government on .

Test Preparation and Admissions Services

ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION would be imparting knowledge and offer training on GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS and PTE courses hereinafter referred to as "Test Preparation" to Study Abroad.

We request to recognize "Test Prep" Training Program and ACS (Admission Counselling Services) organised by ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION, an approved institution as decided by College Management.

ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION is working with 500+ universities all over the world.

ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION and had preliminary discussions in this matter and have ascertained areas of broad consensus. The parties now agree to enter into this Memorandum of Understanding.

Study Abroad Education Program

The Study Abroad education program shall offer the following courses:

1. GRE & IELTS/PTE/TOEFL
2. GMAT & IELTS/PTE/TOEFL
3. TOEFL
4. IELTS
5. PTE
6. Admission Counselling Services

ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION provides absolutely free training on all the above courses and provide information on Admission Counselling Services.

Classes for the courses will be conducted in classroom with projector availability, WiFi and audio system or college auditorium depending upon requirement.

The Trainers will decide the Module pattern without any interference from the college.

The above courses shall be conducted at the college premises on regular basis as per timetable agreed mutually. Training for a particular batch must be completed within 2½ to 3 months duration.

TEST PREP ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Once the agreement is through between Abroad Dream Overseas Education and , every single student must register his/her name using TS E-pass portal.

Students need the following details to register themselves under the Ambedkar Overseas Vidhya Nidhi Scheme:

1. Passport photograph of the student
2. Caste certificate from Mee Seva
3. Income certificate from Mee Seva
4. Bonafide certificate from institution where candidate studied last
5. Ration card
6. SSC certificate
7. Aadhar
8. TC
9. Bank passbook first page
10. Residence or Nativity certificate
11. Scan copy of last marks memo
12. Size not more than 100KB in JPEG format

Course Material

The course materials provided by ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION are only for enrolled students under this scheme. The entire expenses for course materials, Mock tests, demonstrations etc. shall be borne by ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION.

Responsibilities of College

shall provide entire infrastructure facilities including classrooms with projector, WiFi and audio system. However, if the number is big, classes can be conducted in auditorium.

The College shall be responsible for all administrative work relating to calling students, arranging classes and giving Abroad Dream the apt time before 4:30 PM.

ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION

ABROAD DREAM OVERSEAS EDUCATION shall provide training, course materials, mock tests and demonstrations at its own cost.

This MOU shall be valid for a period of ______ years from this date and can be renewed for a further period of three years on mutual consent.

All terms and conditions of this MOU are subject to approval of the Management of .
